An artistic and accessible new staging of Shakespeare's greatest love story.

"Did my heart love till now? Forswear it, sight! For I ne'er saw true beauty till this night."

Romeo, a passionate and impulsive student of Verona's academy, lives in the midst of a violent feud between his family the Montagues and the Capulets.

At a celebration held in the city, by chance Romeo meets the young Juliet and by the time they discover that they are the son and daughter of each other's worst enemies, fate has cast its colourful spell and they have fallen in love. Desire, forbidden love, and tragedy ensue.
